Thanks to the generous support of the North West Hockey Growth Fund, our club has been selected as one of the fortunate recipients of a brand-new set of umpire radios. These state-of-the-art radios will be a tremendous asset to our club, enhancing the communication and coordination of our umpires during games.

The new radios will greatly benefit our club in several ways. They will help our umpires work more effectively and efficiently, improve the quality of officiating during matches, and aid in the training and development of new adult and junior umpires. This investment will also strengthen the support system for our up-and-coming umpires, ensuring they have the tools they need to grow and succeed.

As a club, we are committed to supporting all new umpires by fully funding the necessary courses and providing essential equipment, such as whistles and cards. Additionally, all umpires are compensated for their time, earning £20 per game.
